This invention relates to a fan-dry cooling coil unit with bleed-in chilled water system, the dry cooling coil unit can be assembled with the fan filter unit which is installed on the supply air chamber ceiling, the position of the fan-dry cooling coil unit can be changed freely according to the upward heat generated by the working machine or tools in the cleanroom. There is no need to build return air shaft at two sides of the cleanroom, this can increase the cleanroom space and reduce the external static pressure of the fan filter units simultaneously so as to make the pressure in supply air chamber reduced to near to the outside atmosphere pressure to prevent the outside air infiltrating into the cleanroom to influence the balance of temperature and humidity in the cleanroom. The fan-dry cooling coil unit is further connected to a bleed-in chilled water system, the recycling cooling water of the fan-dry cooling coil unit be branched to mix in the first chilled water from the chiller can so as to reduce the consumption of water and electric power.
