This invention is related to a Spatio-temporal operation information system, which is vital to operation decision-making. Systems engaged in operations involving space, maritime and land has to take decisions involving many criteria with space and time as common denominator. An operation information system helps the decision makers in collecting, collating and synthesizing operation information from various segments of digitized space depicting them in a common platform for effective collaboration. CUTEGIS is a Spatio-Temporal Operation Information System (STOIS) designed and developed by CAIR. This spatio-temporal operation system acts as a virtual force multiplier when deployed as a subsystem of a larger Tactical Command, Control, Communication and Intelligence System (Tac C3IS) in different scenario Figure 1
