The invention relates to installations for sewage water treatment from hard-degrading compounds and can be used in the local systems for sewage water treatment from organic and inorganic cyan-containing compounds at the industrial enterprises.The proposed installation includes a cylindrical carcass (1) with a cap of an exhaust blower with air conduit (5). Inside the carcass there are concentrically installed a cathode (11) and an anode (12) at an interelectrode distance of 30…60 mm, connected to a constant-current source (13), and a central branch pipe for outlet of the treated water (17). The interelectrode space is filled with ferromagnetic particles (14) sustained by a net (15). At the bottom of the carcass, between the electrodes (11, 12) it is connected a sewage water supply pipe-line (16) and an air supply pipe-line (9), connected by means of a chamber for air enrichment with oxygen (6), equipped with a permanent magnet system (7) and a blower fan (8), to an air supply pipe-line (2) with adjustable gate valve (3), connected to the air conduit (5). On the outside of the carcass there is placed a generator of rotary electromagnetic field (18), connected to a voltage regulator (19).
