The present invention refers to a pharmaceutical mixture in solid form and orally administered, which includes an antihistamine and a decongestant released in a differentiated manner, thus producing a long acting effect in patients, the antihistamine being released immediately and the decongestant in a prolonged manner. The mixture is EPHEDRINE and PSEUDOEPHEDRINE free. The therapeutical activity of the product results from the combination of phenylephrine contained in a core which components promote a prolonged release thereof, and Loratadine applied over the core in the form of a coating film which is immediately released, as the formulation is available in solid form, the same being highly stable. The mixture is prescribed for the relief of nasal and not nasal symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis and common flu or processes including nasal congestion.
