The board (1) has a hard plate comprising an elongated edge that extends along an outer circumference of the plate, and a bottom boundary with a recess (3) filled with a textile material comprising a central layer with a resilient space between two layers of filling. Interlocking connectors are fitted in the recess, where the board is made from polypropylene that is permeable to X-rays. A top of the textile material is covered with a thin layer of plastic.
