Treatment of fungal infections using Aspergillus hsp90 epitope in combination with itraconazole or voriconazole

Disclosed is a composition comprising an antibody or an antigen binding fragment thereof specific for at least one epitope of hsp90 from an organism of the Aspergillus genus, and at least one antifungal agent selected from the group consisting of: itraconazole and voriconazole. This composition is useful for the treatment of fungal infections.
