Ocean wave swell energy converter

摘要

A system of extracting energy from velocity and mass of substantially horizontally translated bodies of water in an ocean swell. The system includes a swell intercepting structure including a reactive body at least partially immersed in the swell, the reactive body being mechanically linked to a hydraulic system, substantially reciprocal horizontal movement of the reactive body being translated into hydraulic pressure, the movement being driven by the velocity and mass of the bodies of water.
