摘要
The invention relates to a process for obtaining normal or pathologic organ preparations from humans, comprising the following steps: - sampling organs from corpses preserved by formolization and stored at low temperatures; - fixing the same in a 5% formol solution for 24...72 hours followed by the immersion thereof into formol solutions with increasing concentrations from 5% to 10%...20%...30%, for a period ranging from several days to several weeks, until they get a uniform density, a slightly changed colour and do not bleed when compressed, possibly in the presence of water-free acetic acid, picric acid, alcohol, chloroform, acetone, potassium sublimate or dichromate; - taking the preparation out from the solution, washing the same for 3...5 min under water flow and introducing it into a solution of 2g per thousand mercury chloride or potassium bicarbonate, 20g per thousand of sodium or potassium acetate for 1...3 days, after which the final dissection is performed; - washing the preparation under water flow and introducing the same into an alcohol or acetone solution where it is kept for 1...5 days; - preserving the preparation in a solution of 5...10% formol in distilled or bidistilled water to which phenic acid or alcohol can be admixed; - coating the same with gelatine or transparent laquer; - fixing it to labelled fixing plates by using non-protruding stainless steel rods passing through preparations; introducing the preparations into glass jars containing formol solution for preservation and tightly closing the same.
