Lateral centre of mass (1) is fixed to a movable part of a linear slider (2) and moves freely along the linear slider (2). The linear slider (2) rotates around the centre of rotation of the whole system (3). Therewith the lateral centre of mass (1) during rotation of a linear slider (2) around the centre of rotation of the whole system (3) moves along the closed curved path which is set eccentrically in relation to the centre of rotation of the whole system (2) where the mentioned curved path is defined by a groove (5) on a guide plate (4) inside of which a guide (6) moves freely, the guide (6) is physically connected to the frame of the balanced rotary body.
