摘要
the present invention relates to a new process for the extraction of cellulosic fibers for use in medical applications and applications for textile finishing emission filtering. the results will be presented in other applications.the feature of this method is to obtain cellulosic fiber with the minimum ultimate degradation in a relatively short time and with a maximum efficiency. several methods have been explored to extract cellulose fibres from natural sources.the results of these methods are either technical fibres (agave fiber of kenaf, palm trees, other plants, a pulp, the pulp).in addition, these processes can be a negative effect on the mechanical and chemical fibre extracted using large quantities of soda ash, a mixture of soda and sodium sulfate, sodium or ammonium sulfite, neutral, acid, alkali and anthraquinone, all enzymes. these processes are carried out at temperatures high enough or for long periods of time.the baths contain a variety of products that require a series of treatment for possible later use. the new method proposed makes use of specific products used in the treatment of the fibres and cellulosic fibres which are given very good results.in this application, we use a wetting agent facilitates the penetration of the detergent in the macromolecular structure, and assisting in the removal of parts of waxy. in addition, an effective stabilizer was used to regulate the rate of activation of hydrogen peroxide.a combination of sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide in amounts well studied is developed.the proposed process is a set of specifications, namely: short term low temperature minimum consumption of products, preservation of cellulose fibres - major attack of pectins and lignin, hemicellulose, and easier to use mining products cosmetics and soaps.
