A method for trocar cystostomy comprises the puncture of urinary bladder front wall. An opening in the urinary bladder front wall is dilated by the trocar which has mandrin, branches and stylet as two halves, end a Foley catheter with a necessary diameter is entered into the urinary bladder, and the urinary bladder front wall is fixed to the abdomen rectus muscles by the blowing and tightening of catheter balloon.
