METHOD FOR OBTAINING OF HOMOGENEOUS SEMI-ASHES MONOCRYSTALLS CdTe:Cl FOR MAKING ON THEIR BASIS OF DETECTOR-SPECTROMETERS OF IONIZING RADIATION

摘要

A method for obtaining of homogeneous semi-ashes monocrystalls CdTe:Cl for making on their basis of detector-spectrometers of ionizing radiation comprises the growing of monocrystalls from smelt by Bridzhmen-Stobarhers method. Synthesized cadmium telluride, preliminary refined from volatile impurities, together with the additive charging in double non-graphitized quartz ampoule. The ampoule is placed in field of high-temperature plateau of tubular furnace and heating above of melting temperature of compound of CdTe:Cl. After that, the ampoule is passed through temperature gradient in field of low-temperature plateau and long-term anneal of crystallized ingot is carried out.
