Method for plotting calibration graph at determination of grade of freshness of horseflesh with photometric method. One uses mix of solution of ammonium sulphate in amount of 4.0-4.1 cmat following concentrations: 0.01; 0.03; 0.05; 0.07; 0.10; 0.15; 0.20 and 0.30 %, And Nessler reagent in amount of 0.075-0.076 cm, that is kept at temperature 20± during 10-12 min., with centrifugation at 1000 rev/min during 5-6 min with following measurement of op[tical density at wavelength 475-480 nm, at thickness of cuvette , with plotting at axis of abscissas mass concentration of graduation solutions of ammonium sulphate and at axis of ordinates respective values of optical density.
