METHOD FOR MAKING SPONGE ROLL 'CHARIVNA TROIANDA' (MAGIC ROSE)

摘要

A method for making a sponge roll includes kneading dough with addition of squash powder to the flour and baking a biscuit half-finished product. After baking the sponge half-finished product is formed as a roll with filling which consists of a layer of squash paste with dried apricots and a layer of rose petal puree. After that the surface of the roll is coated with syrup and decorated with a powder of orange peels and ground pumpkin seed.
