Method for determination of effect of distortion of metabolism of vitamin on functioning of nerve-muscle synapse through introduction to experimental animal of antagonist of vitamin oxytamine. One performs registration of characteristics of spontaneous and induced secretion of mediator from nerve ends of diaphragm and by deflection of those from norm one determines effect of distortion of metabolism of vitamin on functioning of nerve-muscle synapse.
