METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF EFFECTIVENESS OF TREATMENT OF DISCIRCULATIVE ENCEPHALOPATHY OF II STAGE

Method for evaluation of effectiveness of treatment of discirculative encephalopathy of II stage is in implementation of neurological investigation, neuro-psychological testing, evaluation of characteristics of system and cerebral hemo-dynamics and implementation of bio-chemical investigations of blood before beginning of treatment and after its implementations. Besides that additionally one determines coefficient of activity of peroxide oxidation of proteins (KAPOB) by formula: KAPOB = carboniled proteins (KB) + nitrite-ion/catalase, and in the case of coefficient determines after treatment exceeding the initial one, therapy is considered to be ineffective, and is it decreases with respect to initial one, therapy is considered to be more effective at coefficient closer to arbitrary unit.
