摘要

Method for determination of biocenosis of skin in patients with acne rosacea includes preliminary treatment of surface of skin with chemical reagent with following microscopic analysis of imprint of in-skin content on adhesive optically transparent film. Skin surface is preliminarily treated with water solution of hydrogen peroxide on which after during one performs application of adhesive film, on newt day one takes off from skin surface, re-applies with glue surface to object plate. Micro-preparation obtained is investigated in field of vision of polarization microscope.
