A method for diagnosis of intramural course of the front interventricular branch of left coronary artery provides the carrying out of coronography in the left front oblique vein of left atrium at caudal inclination. The visualization of channel-shaped arthery form, which corresponds to the place of location of the arthery in the myocard, allows to diagnose the availability of its intramural course.
