A method for the laparoscopic hernioalloplasty comprises the mobilization of the spermatic cord, medial and lateral inguinal fossa, the revision of the hernial sac, the placement and the fixation of the mesh prosthesis, the peritonization and the draining of the fixation site, and the resection of the hernial sac.
