METHOD FOR DETERMINING COLONIZATION OF CEREALS WITH DISEASE PATHOGENS AT DIFFERENT PLANT DEVELOPMENTAL STAGES

摘要

A method for determining the colonization of cereals by disease pathogens at different plant developmental stages includes using isolators at the stages of milky and waxy ripeness. Plants are additionally alternatively isolated at the stages of earing, flowering and full ripeness and the species composition of disease pathogens is identified.
