A method for the surgical treatment of the destructive pulmonary tuberculosis comprises the resection with the separate treatment of all elements of the root of the upper lobe on the right or SSSon the left and the total separation of the interlobal grooves up to the root of the lung. The Tachcomb plates are applied onto the section of the stump of the bronchus and the line of the mechanical suture separating the upper right lobe from the middle one or SSSon the left from the lingular segments.
