Testbench for investigation and modeling process of cutting working media includes container with sample of working medium, device for formation of force of cutting with cutter, cutter holder, mechanism for change of depth of cutting with frame that has degree of freedom in vertical direction, vertical elastic element connected to frame of mechanism of change of depth of cutting and horizontal elastic element, at that elastic elements are equipped with transformers of mechanical values to electric signals, at that for simplification of construction of testbench with simultaneous realization of possibility of investigation of process of dynamical cutting of working media container is installed in horizontal guides with respect to frame of mechanism for change of depth of cutting and interacts with console of vertical elastic element, cutter holder is connected to horizontal elastic element installed in spline guide that is rigidly fixed on console standpipe, standpipe is connected to frame of testbench and on console of standpipe physical pendulum is hinged.
