METHOD FOR AORTO-FEMORAL RECONSTRUCTION OF AUTOLOGOUS VEIN IN CASE OF INFECTION OF SYNTHETIC BIFURCATION PROSTHESIS

摘要

A method for aorto-femoral reconstruction of the autologous vein in the case of the infection of the synthetic bifurcation prosthesis comprises the removal of the infected synthetic bifurcation prosthesis followed by the replacement with the autologous vein is situ. The central and one of the lateral branches of the bifurcation neoaortal-iliofemoral construction is generated by the insertion of one autovenous segment into another one throughout its whole length producing two-layer venous segment.
