A method of hot rolling sheets of low-carbon manganese steel micro-alloyed by niobium and vanadium includes the first (roughing) hot rolling for twelve passes under the temperature of 1100 900 °C from thickness 250 to 50 40 mm, and the second rolling under the temperature of 730-720 °C from thickness of 50 40 mm to18 16 mm. The first three passes of roughing rolling is carried out with maximally possible reduction, and the last passes are performed with identical reduction, which is determined by formula.
