The invention relates to thermo-siphon devices intended for utilization of secondary energy resources and internal heat of Earth. A steam-power unit has turbine with electric generator, condenser, evaporator and steam superheater. Lower zones of wells are used as evaporator and superheater of working medium steam, those are connected in sequence. Steam of working medium from evaporation zone is directed to overheating zone, and then to turbine. Steam overheating prevents hydraulic impacts in turbine. Downstream of turbine working medium is condensed and under gravity is poured to evaporation zone. Low-boiling liquids, in particular ammonia, can be used as working body. The invention provides reliable and economic operation of the unit.
