THE PRESENT INVENTION PROVIDES STABILIZED ENTERIC-COATED MICROGRANUKES HAVING THE PARTICLE SIZE OF 350 TO 840 u M PREPARED BY MIXING 2-[(4-METHOXY-3-METHYL)-2-PYRIDINYL]METHYLSULFINYL-5-(1H-PYRROL-1-YL)-1H-BENZIMIDIZOLE AS AN ACTIVE INGREDIENT, ALKALI COMPOUND AS A STABILIZER, AND APHARMACEUTICALLY ACCEPTABLE ADDITIVE, FIRSTLY COATING THE MIXTURE WITHA FILM FORMING MATERIAL TO OBTAIN MICROGRANULES, AND SECONDLY COATING THE MICROGRANULES WITH AN ENTERIC COATING MATERIAL, AND FORMULATIONS FOR ORAL ADMINISTRATION COMPRISING THE STABILIZED ENTERIC-COATED MICROGRANULES.
