The food comprises a non-fermented milky product combined with fruit juice and a vegetable oil-rich conjugated linoleic acid. The vegetal oil concentrate includes one is to one mixture of isomers such as bis 9 trans 11 and trans 10 bis 12 of linoleic acid conjugated in a proportion more than 80 percent in weight with respect to the gross weight of concentrate. An independent claim is also included for a method for preparing the functional food.
