Procedure for automatic, or semi-automatic, regulation of thermal power, which combines temperature and flow, of the air blown in the passenger compartment (16) of a motor vehicle (10) by an aeration and heating device (18) and / or air conditioning that includes a box (18) that includes: - at least one outside air inlet (AE) at room temperature (Tamb; Tair_ext), - at least one indoor air outlet (AI) orifice that is blown in the direction of the passenger compartment (16) under the action of a fan (26) of the device, - a first air / refrigerant fluid exchanger (ECH1), to obtain a first air flow (F1) for mixing whose temperature (T1) is lower or equal to the temperature (Tamb) of the outside air, - a second heat exchanger air / fluid exchanger (ECH2) to obtain a second air flow for mixing whose temperature T2) is greater than or equal to the temperature (Tamb) of the outside air, - at least one mobile body of mez controlled clade (30), mainly a mixing butterfly (30), to mix at least two air flows (F1, F2) at two different temperatures (T1, T2) to form a flow of air (Fsou) blown inside of the cabin (16) at a certain temperature (Tsou), to obtain a certain temperature (Chab) in the cabin, and includes an electronic calculator (ECU) that controls the position of the mixing organ (30): - based on a comfort setpoint chosen by an occupant of the passenger compartment; - depending on the ambient temperature (Tamb; Tair_ext); - depending on the temperature inside the passenger compartment (Chab); - and depending on the temperatures (T1, T2) of said air flows (F1, F2); characterized in that the temperature (T1) of one of said air flows (F1) is a value calculated from a first table of stored values when the first exchanger (ECH1) operates, or from a second table of stored values when the First exchanger (ECH1) does not work.
