Method for evaluating the influence of a drug on integrin expression, which comprises the stage at which the amount of integrin expression is measured in platelets collected from a patient to whom the drug is administered and the stage at which it is determined the influence of the drug on the expression of integrin in cells that are not platelets based on the reduction of the amount of expression measured, in which the integrin is integrin alpha2, and the cells are cells of a tissue in which it can be produce angiogenesis or tumor cells, and in which the drug is N- (3-cyano-4-methyl-1H-indol-7-yl) -3-cyanobenzenesulfonamide, or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof or a hydrate thereof.
