A device locomotion suitable place to be worn by a disabled user, said device comprising: a brace system (10) comprising a plurality of joined segments (2, 3, 4), being apt said brace system for adapt to the bottom of the disabled user, and comprising a drive means (18) adapted to provide relative movement between said plurality of jointed segments; a sensor unit (20) consisting of several sensors to monitor system parameters reinforcements (10), said parameters comprising an angle of inclination of the torso and angular positions of said plurality of articulated segments; a control unit (12) communicating with the sensor unit (20) for receiving response information from said sensors, and with a man-machine interface of said sensors, for receiving user commands, being also suitable unit control means (12) for monitoring the drive means (18) and to facilitate said brace system (10) can perform walking patterns and to enable the user to hold with security in a stance position with the support of said reinforcements, using a control algorithm closed loop and employing said brace system certain parameters, together with user commands received through said man-machine interface, to select a mode of operation between composing a group consisting foot mode, gait mode, climbing mode, descending mode, transition mode recumbent to a sitting mode transition seated posture to stop, transition mode post ura stop running, training mode, learning mode or a combination of them all.
