The inventive system substantially comprises a two-phase adhesive layer thatcontains an active substance. An innerphase (2) that contains the active substance in dissolved form is embedded inthe outer, vapor-impermeable phase (3) in a dispersedform. Combined with an elastic backing layer (1), preferably a warp/weft-elastic fabric, a very thin matrix system is obtained thatguarantees an excellent wear comfort and that optimally utilizes the occlusiveeffect for an increased absorption of the activesubstance via the skin.
