To study regeneration, we take cells from a certain area of a Hydra and/or aStar Fish and/orplanaria or other regenerating creatures (for possible use in tissue/stemcells regenerationand proliferation). First we record its regular Genome pre(before) cutting ina certain area ofits body... Next we wait until the most expected point in time of release ofsignals (eg.enzymes) that stimulate the cells in the area of the cut to regenerate and wetake cells formthe same place, we record the Genome of the regenerating cells.The pre-cut Genome is the control in the experiment.We compare (DNA strands place by place along the nucleotides) of the entireGenomes sideby side (possibly divided by Halo Types for easy sorting GP; GV).We use an algorithm/computer/Artificial Intelligence magnify a view of the twoGenomes laidside by side and to recognize and only point out/to (high light) where thereare differencesbetween two DNA strands (eg. activated versus deactivated or mutated) not evenlooking atthose which are the same.The two entire Genomes would be observed all at once, homing in only wheredifference areapparent.We may use an electron microscope, possibly with multiple lens and huge numberof pixelsand possibly video for the close observation of the two entire DNAs (ideally)together at once(possibly with two co-functioning lens) or separate leans for halo-typegroups.This method works like programming an algorithm/computer/ArtificialIntelligence to pick outa white mouse from a crowd of black mice.We could also use this technique to compare Genomes (DNA) differences betweenthosewith heart disease, diabetes, cancer... hereditary diseases and those withoutthe genes.We could also create a device(s) that (Ch 3%) uses thisprocess/method/technique.We Pick out specific difference between two DNA that come from the same partsof the bodybut each express different regulatory or phenotype features we via observingthe entirestrands to strands as one big comparison and where most everything is almostthe sameexcept single or little groups of genes that are the likely culprits ofdifferent regulatory orphenotype features.
