The present invention refers to a novel composition constituted ofmucilaginouspolysaccharides of aloe barbadensis, such as; aloeride and acemannan in arange between0.5 and 35% in weight and phospholipids; such as, sphingosomes, ceramides andmoreparticularly liposomes in a range between 0.008 at 8% in weight in combinationwithcollagen, for the treatment of lesions typical of premature aging as a resultof the decreasingin lipid content of the epidermis, lesions caused by overexposure to theaction of ultravioletrays, acne problems in any of its pathologies; avoiding that these lesionsreappear withtime.The present invention also refers to the process of elaboration of thecompound claimedcharacterized because liposomes are added at the end of the process as in thisway theproblem of phases separation is overcome, temperatures between 20-50°Care applied and itis left to sit for 10 hours in order to achieve the mixing of all thecomponents.
