The invention relates to a composition comprising mucilaginous polysaccharides derived from Aloe barbadensis combined with liposomes, to a method for obtaining same and to the use thereof as a sun protector, an anti-acne agent, an epidermal regenerator and a moisturiser. The composition comprises 0.5-35 wt.-% mucilaginous polysaccharides of Aloe barbadensis, such as Aloeride and acemannan, and 0.008-8% phospholipids, such as sphingosomes, ceramides and, in particular, liposomes, combined with collagen. According to the method for obtaining said composition, a stable aloe gel is obtained from the inner part of the Aloe leaf of a plant aged between 2.5 and 6 years and, subsequently, the mixture of pre-dissolved collagen and liposomes is added to said gel and left to stand for 10 hours. The Aloe/liposomes bond at a temperature of between 20 and 50 DEG C.
