A STRUCTURE OF THE NOZZLE FOR SPRAYING THE DIFFUSED FLAME USED THE OXYGEN/HYDROGEN MIXED GAS

A structure of the nozzle for spraying the diffused flame used the oxygen/hydrogen mixed gas. The spray nozzle (10) includes a swirl passage insert (20) installed inside the spray nozzle (10). The swirl passage insert (20) has a central guide blade (22) and guide blades (24) with an inclination angle of 30 degrees, with a guide hole (26) formed in each guide blade (24). Oxygen/ hydrogen mixed gas supplied from the nozzle body (20) swirls through the guide holes (26) of the guide blades (24), and upon leaving the nozzle tip hole, forms a diffusion flow due to the centrifugal force of the swirling. When oxygen/hydrogen mixed gas generated from electrolysis is burning, a wide area of a heating target is heated with a large amount of heat, to thereby prevent a localized melting caused by a linear flame that heats a small area.
