An auto-adjusting apparatus for measuring cerebral blood flow, includes a probe (110) and a controller (100). Said apparatus further includes a motor (130) to adjust said probe angle, and a transmission mechanism with one end connected to said probe (110) and the other end connected to the output of said motor. Said probe (110) is mounted on a supporting member, and said probe (110) could rotate with respect to said supporting member. Said controller (100) is used to control said motor (130) to adjust said probe angle by said transmission mechanism.
