摘要

Disclosed is a composite material for promoting or inducing the formation of a bone in vivo. The composite material comprises: A) a factor capable of inducing the induced osteoblast differentiation, which can be produced by culturing a chondrocyte having a hypertrophic ability in a differentiation factor production medium supplemented with dexamethasone, β-glycerophosphate, ascorbic acid and a serum component; and B) a scaffold having a biocompatibility. Also disclosed is a method for producing the composite material. Further disclosed is a method for promoting or inducing the formation of a bone in vivo.
