A method for decorating nano carbon tubes with polymer crystal is provided, in particular it relates to a method for decorating nano carbon tubes with polymer crystal by using supercritical or compressive carbon dioxide as solvent resister, which induces the polymer to crystallize. The method comprises: preparing solution 1 by dissolving polymer into an organic solvent at a constant temperature; dispersing nano carbon tubes into the same organic solvent to obtain system 2 at the temperature higher than room temperature; mixing and balancing the solution 1 with the system 2 together to obtain system 3, wherein the ultimate concentration of the polymer and the nano carbon tubes in the organic solvent is 0.003-0.1 wt% and 0.002-0.02 wt%, respectively; placing the system 3 into an airtight vessel, filling carbon dioxide to a pressure of 5-25 MPa and keeping the pressure for 0.5-7 hr in a constant temperature, then decreasing the pressure to normal pressure; and obtaining the polymer crystal decorated nano carbon tubes. The present method is operated simply, has remarkable effect, and is friendly to environment. The produced polymer crystal decorated nano carbon tubes are of good property.
