A high accuracy on-line current and temperature measuring device includes a signal sampling unit for sampling a current signal and a temperature signal of an electric conductor (1) to be measured; a temperature compensating unit which consists of the first amplifier and a temperature compensating circuit; a current signal amplifying unit for receiving a current sampling signal output from the signal sampling unit by the second amplifier, and for receiving the temperature sampling signal output from the temperature compensating unit by a field effect tube to perform amplify process. A high curacy on-line current and temperature measuring method includes selecting two sampling points on an electric conductor (1) to be measured along current direction as current signal sampling points and amplifying the sampled current; selecting other points on an isopotential line of the electric conductor (1) including the current sampling points as the temperature sampling points, compensating temperature and measuring temperature by two connected conductor which are made of different material.
