A stacked transformer, an impedance converter, an equal distributor, an impedance conversion method and an equal distribution method free from generation of parasitic inductance or parasitic capacitance in a high frequency band and excellent in insertion loss characteristics. The stacked transformer (1) includes a magnetic substrate (2), a laminate (3) enclosing a first coil (6) and a second coil (7), a magnetic substrate (4), and external electrodes (5-1, 5-2, 5-3). The second coil (7) faces in a reverse direction to the first coil (6) and winds reversely. Ends (61b, 71b) of the first and second coils (6, 7) are exposed from a front face (3a) of the laminate (3) while located on the center axis (M1 (M2)). Ends (62b, 72b) of the first and second coils (6, 7) are exposed from a rear face (3b) while displaced from the center axis (M1) toward both sides. The external electrode (5-1) is connected with the ends (61b, 71b), and the external electrodes (5-2, 5-3) are connected with the ends (62b, 72b).
