Human oncogene-like small G protein RabJ (Rab protein with J domain) is provided. The uses of said oncogene-like small G protein RabJ molecule and its coding sequence are also provided. RabJ molecule is a small G protein having GTPase activity, which is related to the control of cell proliferation and differentiation, and possesses an oncogene-like action.
