Methods for short range ID based delivery of data/content within a short range communication network, the method comprising the steps of downloading an application with enabling means, connecting to the network, tracking the connection whereby the administrator receives an alert of such connection, updating the database with the connected short range ID, initializing the authorization rights and other privileges corresponding to the short range ID, approving the connectivity, registering the user's device with the system server having the short range ID.
