摘要

A dynamic and tracing control system for test environment that contains the amount of formaldehyde and VOC released from artificial board includes a computer, a programmable controller PLC, a test chamber, a temperature control subsystem and a humidity control subsystem. The temperature control subsystem is used to heat the test environment of the test chamber. The humidity control subsystem is used to supply the test chamber with air which has a definite pressure, temperature and humidity. The control program executed by PLC takes into account of interference factors, for example outside environment, condition, atmospheric pressure and the like. After temperature and humidity signals of the test chamber are collected, a nonlinear mathematical model is established. Disturbance decoupling of this mathematical model uses diffeomorphism transformation and dynamic compensator, therefore the outputs of the system are accurately calculated.
