The present invention relates to a printed circuit board ("PCB") for a flat panel display, which is formed with a coupling member (255) made of a conductive material to be grounded with a container (900) of the flat panel display, a flat panel display having the PCB, and a method of coupling the PCB within the flat panel display. The PCB includes a base plate (251) with a circuit pattern printed thereon to mount a plurality of circuit parts driving the flat panel display, and a coupling member (255) formed on the base plate in the form of a protrusion and made of a conductive material.
