A color management module is provided with a first color transformer which subjects color information relative to an inputted image signal to color transformation by means of a three-dimensional LUT, an interpolation device which synthesizes the image signal transformed by the first color transformer and the inputted image signal by an optional ratio to generate a synthesized image signal, and a second color transformer which subjects color information relative to the synthesized image signal in an HSV space and outputs thereof.
