Transmission system with cooperation of several agents for implementing virtual roaming for mobile operators

The system has a group of operators (Oa-Of, O1i) connected to agents (C1-C4), each server has application software for processing a signal transmitted by an operator towards a receiver and for determining a nominal network by a number of a receiver mobile telephone. The software executes an algorithm to determine an associated agent and writes an address of a final agent in a destination address and destination reference fields. The software extracts the number of the nominal network at the final agent and executes a new algorithm with another final agent, during a failure of the attempt.
