People's non-embryonic multipotent stem cells adult totipotency and the serum-free of isolated simplification and cell-free process is fed. Most obvious, certain stem cells, especially BLSCs are very small, can not rule out trypan blue, but proliferation still is able to from even high dilution. Therefore, the stem cell so obtained can be used for preparing true monoclonal stem cell population, can be used for many applications, including treatment, prevention, diagnosis and research purposes.
