The invention relates to the method for realisation of polyreactions, plasma-chemical polyreactions, their modification and modification of macromolecular substances through discharge of at least one plasma jet with dielectric capillary having inner diameter of 0,01 - 10 mm, which is enlaced by a hollow cathode connected to the source of electromagnetic energy of a power of 1 to 103 W/jet, amplitude of voltage in digit position of about 102 to 104 V with possibility of its modulation, amplitude of current in digit position of 10-2 to 100 A/jet and at a frequency range of 1 MHz to microwave, while in vicinity and/or on surface of dielectric capillary there is possibly at least one additional electrode on a different electrical potential than a hollow cathode, while argon flows through the dielectric capillary at a pressure of external environment of 103 to 106 Pa. The discharge on purpose acts at least on one precursor, which is converted into macromolecules, clusters, organised clusters or composite, and/or on purpose the discharge acts at least on one component of chemical polyreaction and the produced macromolecules, clusters, organised clusters or composites are modified, and/or on purpose the discharge acts directly on the macromolecular substances, clusters, organised clusters or composites, which are further modified and/or degraded.
