The apparatus for preventing wind damage of a solar power generator in which a post 120 is installed in a concrete base 110, a frame 130 for mounting a solar cell module panel 140 is installed onto the top of the post 120, and a tracking unit is installed so that the solar cell module panel 140 turns towards the sun and moves along the sun, is characterized in that a first ring 11, a second ring 12, a third ring 13 and a fourth ring 14 are respectively mounted onto four corner parts 133, 134, 135 and 136 of the frame 130, one end of a first wire 21 is connected to the first ring 11 and the other end of the first wire 21 is connected to the third ring 13 through a first guide unit 30, one end of a second wire 25 is connected to the second ring 12 and the other end of the second wire 25 is connected to the fourth ring 14 through a second guide unit 40, a wire pulling unit 50 is mounted onto the post 120 and pulls the first wire 21 and the second wire 25, so that the corner parts 133, 134, 135 and 136 of the frame 130 supporting the solar cell module panel 140 are firmly supported by the tension of the first and second wires 21 and 25.
