The invention relates to a formulation comprising a mixture containing at least one active principle and a combination of excipients including: a binder, a hydrophobic non-soluble compression lubricant and a surfactant which, together with the lubricant, has an affinity for increasing the wettability thereof and assuring dispersion during the disintegration of the tablet in the liquid. For example, the lubricant is magnesium steriate and the surfactant is a foaming agent such as sodium laurylsulfate.
